The StaffBot name, logo, and branding are protected under applicable intellectual property law. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, or transmission of any part of this service without explicit written authorization is strictly prohibited.

Third-party trademarks referenced (Discord, Vercel, Render, Neon) are the property of their respective owners. Their mention does not imply any affiliation, endorsement, or partnership with StaffBot.

StaffBot is provided as-is, free of charge, for community Discord server management purposes. The publisher cannot be held liable for:

• Any interruption, malfunction, or unavailability of the Services caused by third-party infrastructure providers.
• Data loss resulting from force majeure events, cyberattacks, or unexpected technical failures.
• Consequences arising from unauthorized or improper use of the Services by server administrators or staff.
• The accuracy or completeness of moderation decisions made using data provided by the Services.
